Trying to bake them again without clearing cache won't fix it.

Re: Bug reporting station
I have a similar appearance in many user-created levels. I hadn't tried the clear cache routine; I'll give that a whirl.

Anybody else got a problem with the cat character?
Sometimes when I switch to the cat the screen freezes, sometimes the game runs further but only with 1fps and sometimes it's working good.
Is it a known bug, or is my cat model corrupt?
EDIT: Deleting the local files in SUMLauncher doesn't help.

Not when switching to the cat in particular, but yes I get that 1 FPS lag once in a while. I have to restart the game after that, really odd why it happens.droog wrote:Anybody else got a problem with the cat character?

Re: Bug reporting station
I finally figured out how to download a198, and everything goes great until I try to load a level or challenge. The Wolfire logo appears on the screen and the text on the side tells me what's going on, but every single time on every single level it crashes when it gets to 'Getting path set...' Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Bug reporting station
When you are dragging an enemy with another enemy fighting you, occasionally it'll put you into super-block mode, where you either;
A) Dodge every attack without doing anything
B) Block every attack without doing anything
C) Flip the opponent on every attack without doing anything
It seems to happen the most when you are dragging them by the head or arms (happening more when dragging the head), and are moving, but it still happens when you're dragging the legs or aren't moving.
This happens about 70% of the time you try it, and its a HUGE advantage in fights with 1 or 2 extra enemies apart from the body, but when there's 3 or more extra, they seem to attack fast enough to catch you in the middle of dodging or blocking.
EDIT: Could others maybe check on their games to see if it's something to do with my download? It should be pretty similar, but I did do some small modding to my game by changing around movesets and such.

Re: Bug reporting station
I haven't played since the first few days after Alpha 198 was released. everytime i try to open Overgrowth i get this message
"The procedure entry point awe_jsvalue_get_array could not be located in dynamic link library Awesomium.dll." please if anyone know a fix to this tell me.
I may just have to uninstall and re-install Overgrowth but i'm not sure how to. please tell me how to do this. also before this problem in Alpha 197 i had a problem with all weapons, every time i slashed and drew blood from an enemy or used the slit throat key my fps would drop to about 3 or 4, if this has been fixed in Alpha 198 then never mind but if not then please tell me a fix if there is one.
- Thanks. Cooper9298

Re: Bug reporting station
Try clearing your cache through SUMlauncher, though I won't promise it will fix it peramantly. Also what are your system specs? I had the same problem with my older laptop, but I built a new pc and don't get it anymore.TheBookOfAwesomeness wrote:I'm getting this werid bug where in some areas the game is black. Hi.
I recently got Overgrowth and and started playing it. Everything was fine until about 15 minutes in upon which the crashed. Thinking it was a generic error I relaunched it. Again, everything fine until 15 - 30 mins in. I soon realized this was not a generic error and more a bug. I CANNOT get the game to run for more than 45 minutes. Any ideas?

This is kinda normal for the alpha at the moment. I have kinda the same CPU and get crashes when doing intense level editing. So you are not alone. Here is my HWreport:aaanum1 wrote:Hi.

Re: Bug reporting station
Hello everybody,
I am slightly confused. Should I report Overgrowth crashing on my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 Bit system here like so many others do and/or send my error report to [email protected]?
O. crashes every time when or after loading any level after the message "Adding loaded objects to the scene…"
Moreover, where do I find the hwreport file of Overgrowth? There isn't one in my Data directory. So I can only post the error messages from the terminal:
Thanks for any enlightenment
